The short version
You can read almost everything here without telling us anything. If you email us or use the contact form, we receive what you choose to send — your name, your email address and your message — and we use it only to reply. We do not sell your information, and there is no payment data involved anywhere on this site.
Who we are
Summit Bridge World is an Australian social entertainment studio, reachable at support@summitbridgeworld.com. For the purposes of the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, we are the entity responsible for the personal information described below.
What reaches us
There are two kinds of information we may hold:
- Things you send us. When you contact the studio, we receive the details you type — typically a name, an email address, a subject and a message.
- Technical odds and ends. Like most websites, our host may record standard server information such as a device’s IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is used to keep the site running and secure, not to build a profile of you.
Why we hold it
We use the information you send for a single, obvious purpose: to read your message and respond to it. Technical logs help us diagnose faults and protect the site from abuse. We do not use any of it for advertising profiles, and we do not enrich it with data bought from elsewhere.
No financial details
This is worth stating on its own. Summit Bridge World involves no deposits, no withdrawals and no purchases, so we never ask for and never store card numbers, bank details or any other payment information. Virtual credits are not money and require none of your financial data.
Keeping and removing it
We keep correspondence for as long as it is useful to help you, and then we let it go. If you would like us to delete an exchange sooner, ask and we will, unless we are required to keep it. Information is stored using reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, though no method of transmission over the internet is ever completely without risk.
Your rights
Under the Australian Privacy Principles you may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, or ask us to delete it. Write to support@summitbridgeworld.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you are unhappy with how we have handled a request, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
Adults only
This experience is intended for people aged 18 and over, and it is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has sent us information, please tell us and we will remove it.
Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version will appear here with a new date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy. Questions are always welcome at support@summitbridgeworld.com.
